Where I've Worked

Lead Full Stack Software Engineer | NBCUniversal
September 2021 - Present

  • Collaborated across multiple Front/Backend teams to integrate a brand new scheduling system into a legacy system.

  • Designed, developed and maintained Backend web services with Swagger documentation in accordance with current best practices.

  • Implemented Terraform and Liquibase solutions to provide reduancies for static master data.

  • Integrated and Designed a Frontend component library to provide a repository for shared components.

Software Consultant | KOgent Systems
September 2017 - September 2021

  • Collaborated with both Front/Backend teams to implement a logistics marketplace for users, third party brokers, and ERP systems.

  • Designed, developed and maintained a one-click generation tool that builds a standalone, deployable (via Bitbucket), API with Swagger documentation.

  • Reverse engineered a Java/GWT transport management system to provide a client facing REST API for logistic brokers. Designed, developed and maintained an E-Commerce platform for a boutique specialty food company.

  • Maintained and extended a daemon whose functionality was to provide a data sync between an internal Postgres and external Oracle database.

  • Implemented and integrated UPS (United Postal Service) API as a service to give detailed information to vendors and users on products that users have bought from the site.

  • Deployed an AWS (Amazon Web Server) instance as a public endpoint to give potential customers and investors a platform to evaluate.
